How to convert flip video to AVI?

Question 1: My Flip Video Ultra only exports HD MP4's. Can I change it to AVIs?

Question 2: How to make Flip Mino HD videos either into an .avi or .wmv format? I'm trying to put the flip videos onto windows movie maker.
